ROSY DOSES

I fell in love with rose flowers when I noticed their thorns.  

Could it be a mismatch?...

In radiant flavors of colours 

 beautifully patterned petals

wonderfully scented whorls

ultimately flavored nectar 

still, abundantly lavished with thorns... 

Nothing good comes easy, for even the little girl gets hurt when plucking a pretty rose flower. 

The twist of fate is expecting EASY! 

It's frustrating that a one time good could become a life time expectation, but yes, that's the life we live. 

You give today, they pray you do so tomorrow, expect you do same the day after and somehow insist you keep doing so whether or not you're comfortable or able to. 

A Chinese proverb says "Friends are nothing but necessary inconveniences"... 

Be assured that no human relationship can be all pleasant, nevertheless, the pain or discomfort remains a dire necessity. 

The reward for a good job they say, is is more, but we could get a little overbearing when we fail to reason rationally. 

The most generous people get very emotional when gifted(sometimes even with little things). Yes? 

 Very many times they are seen as donors, not necessarily human beings...flawed as we are, quick to sight the flowers and ignore it's thorns. 

HIDDEN PAIN. 

Susy, Susy, hold my hands 

Gently, gently, cold and dear 

Daily, daily, gold appears 

Waiting, wailing, I'm sold to tears. 

(Does this ring a bell?read till the end) 

Let's come home... Everyone hurts sometimes, I mean my parents, any parent or guardian, any superior personality at all will be utmostly elated at presents from someone under his/her care. 

It says  a lot more than words can, 

 it's much more than an appreciation, 

there's not a better psychological and mental boost... I'll narrate explicitly on the feeling when I'm gifted as a superior #wink. 

Cash and material gifting is a part of it,though not the whole package.

 Give your energy,your time when you can, listen to the wierd, funny and possibly boring experiences of your loved ones,

make suggestions, reason along, give all the attention you can while they still live. 

In these very cold times and whenever possible, let your love be felt. 

Some of these things may seem very unnecessary and quite over board, well, even the Bible says 

"An open hatred is better than a hidden love" 

We all say loving is hard even when there's barely a sincere effort ... O well, it really is and scarce! 

Conceiving the affection within isn't really the big deal, the main thing is letting it out despite the million odds. 

If it's unnecessary to show one that matters so, don't you think your whole emotion is pointless? 

It's not true, until it hurts. 

Like the young dude in the poem above, judiciously gathering gold stones for his love, Susy. Susy neither knows the source nor struggles he's put through, all he secretly prays of her is a gentle cold massage. 

He never speaks of his tough times but will Susy reason with him? Will Susy give him a little boost? 

You are Susy... 

Will you show some affection? 

Affection is not weakness, 

Feelings, not petty

Blind talk, not fetchy

Love while you still can. 

One who hurts silently 

Conceals thorns valiantly 

Gives smiles radiantly 

Knows to love perfectly 

Pretty pretty roses 

Ollie's giving doses 

Accept life, it soon closes 

Thorny's the bed of roses.
